Q : Hi, I lived in India, I want to business in U.S.A And, one of my friend is in usa in NJ. Now, me and my friend who is lives in NJ wants to make a company in NJ as a partnership deed... can i get permission from us government..??? our company based on foreign exchange trading company which has only income based on brokerage it means,, we want to broker company in NJ.
